2.1 Expert Consultation and Live Coaching

Askilla provides one-on-one expert consultations and live coaching sessions. Scheduling details and duration are provided at purchase. Sessions may be held online via video conference.

2.2 Answer Library

Our answer library offers curated responses to frequently asked personal growth questions. Access is granted upon completion of purchase.

2.3 Short Online Courses

We offer short online courses on personal development topics. Course access details are provided after enrollment.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital downloads, course materials and similar content. Access is delivered electronically after purchase.

4. Goods

Physical goods, if offered, are subject to listing availability and shipped to the address provided.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you need to change a scheduled session, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for funds reimbursement. If Askilla cancels a session, a full reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method within five business days.

5.2 Information Products

Access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase. Because access cannot be revoked, these products are not eligible for reimbursement. For technical issues, please contact us via contact form and we will assist you.

5.3 Goods

Unused physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us via contact form. Once goods are received in unused condition, we will reimburse the payment method on file within five business days. Shipping fees are not reimbursed.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Service rescheduling is available as described in section 5.1. Please reach out via contact form to request changes to your booking.
